Born and raised in Northwest Montana, Joel Fedor brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience with land, concrete, construction, and the practical realities of property ownership. On a construction site, Joel is direct, no-nonsense, and unwilling to overlook poor judgment. In that environment, a lack of awareness can lead to a failed foundation, serious injury, or worse. His high standards come from understanding the real consequences of decisions made on the job. Although his current position is as a boom operator, he routinely draws upon his experience and physical ability to assist homeowners and contractors when a project calls for more than the responsibilities of his formal role.
